"If the power was in you to create it, then the power is in you to change it." Urban Shaman by Serge Kahili King, p. 75

I'm finding that I have to be very careful about thoughts as they manifest quickly, particularly ones I don't want. The good news is there is always a way to reverse things.

As I was walking to town the other day, I felt my vision get impaired. It was then I remembered I had been thinking of a drama I'd watched the night before about this guy who was having hallucinations and believed he had some kind of implant that gives him migraines. Now I'm coming up with a migraine.

I had a choice whether to catch a bus home or continue my journey into town. I decided I wasn't going to let a little visual impairment get in the way of enjoying my day, so I headed to the nearest bus stop to catch the bus into town. As I was waiting, I kept repeating to myself "Love is all there is."

On the bus I closed my eyes and repeated the Love mantra until my vision cleared. When I felt a slight headache I visualised a beam of light coming from inside my head, going through my forehead and out into space, which dissolved the pain.

I believe the Light beam is the power to create/manifest thoughts. The same beam can be used to dissolve unwanted thoughts.

Oh well, practise makes perfect.
