I was feeling ravenous when I got home. I helped myself to some fish stew leftovers with some rice. At first glance it didn't seem to be enough. I figured I could top off with some cereal later.
As I was putting some rice and stew in the bowl to be microwaved, I said out loud, "Well, I hope God multiplies this food as it doesn't seem to be enough." My mother who was in the kitchen with me said "Amen." Suddenly there seemed to be too much rice and I only had half of it and left the rest in the pot.
While I waited for the food to be microwaved, I had a bun.
While I was eating, the meal just seemed to go on and on and on.
I said to my mother, "God had answered my prayer. He's either multiplied the meal or he's shrunk my stomach. I'm so full I don't feel like having any cereal."
"That's good then," mum chuckled.
Thank you, God, for multiplying my good.
