Customer Service

While I was in the bookshop I noticed a shop assistant stacking the shelves. I then heard him telling his manager that he was going on his tea break. As soon as he left a whole stack of books fell off the shelf. I noticed they were all copies of "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle, which I read years ago. I was going to pick them up but something told me to leave them alone.

When the assistant returned from his break, he saw the books lying on the floor and picked them up. As he was stacking them back on the shelf, a customer came up to him and asked him if he knew where she could find "The Power of Now." The assistant handed her one of the books in his hand.

Now that's what I call good customer service!
